My Favorite Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/4 cup softened butter/margarine
1/2 cup soy flour
1/2 cup rice flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips

By hand you want to mix the vanilla, eggs, butter and sugars.
In another bowl you want to blend in the flours, baking soda and salt.
Then when both bowls were well mixed you want to combine them both and slowly add the chips in as you mix it up. Then roll in to balls and place on a greased pan.
You want to bake these at 375 F for about 10 minutes.
*These cookies are so good, I think they are better then "regular" chocolate chip cookies.
